| Will I have Broker support?
Yes! Our founding team members, (Samantha, Katie, Philip, and Patrick) are active managers of the firm. | How much money will I save working with Noble Real Estate Group?

| Can I start a team with Noble Real Estate Group with my own commission splits?
Yes! If you’d like to build a team with us it’s simple. Every member of your team must be on our plan. After that, you are free to set your custom splits with those working on your team. Our real estate business model is excellent for individuals who would like to run and manage a real estate sales team in Texas!
| Do you provide leads?
We don’t actively provide leads to our Realtors because our fees are too low to generate them from paid sources. Instead, we (A) provide you with the software tools to manage your CRM and (B) provide you with a list of quality lead-based methods that you can deploy, develop, and pay for on your own. To support this, we provide a digital package of our digital content to make it easy for you!
We have savvy agents actively generating leads that are willing to partner on lead pools or referral basis. Reach out for more information if this is something that interests you!
| Are my leads protected if I upload my database into your CRM?
Your data and leads belong to you; any business you generate is yours to keep with Noble Real Estate Group and if you choose to leave at anytime your database will leave with you!
| How long does it take to sign up?
Our onboarding process to get started with Noble Real Estate Group is quick and simple! Signing up takes less than an hour and is done via DocuSign. Once that is complete, you’ll need to request sponsorship via TREC and inform your chosen Board of Realtors of your move. After that, you’ll be a part of our amazing group!
| What areas can Noble Real Estate Group Agents work in Texas?
Our service area spans the state of Texas. We have agents in the Greater Austin, Greater San Antonio, Dallas / Ft. Worth Metroplex, Greater El Paso, and Greater Houston areas…. and beyond!
| Which MLS associations are you a part of?
Noble Real Estate Group is a part of the following MLS systems:
ABOR (Greater Austin Area)
SABOR (Greater San Antonio Area)
MetroTex (Dallas / Ft. Worth Metroplex)
HAR (Greater Houston Area)

Noble is a member of at least one local Associations of REALTORS® in each MLS area of Texas! If you need access to any of the other 71+ smaller associations (see map here) we can discuss joining! We are committed to serving rural-Texas agents and will join any of the dozens of Realtor Associations and/or MLS areas in Texas if you need us too.
| Do I need to be a member of an MLS to join your firm?
No. Noble Real Estate Group offers a non-MLS brokerage to our agents who may be doing primarily apartment locating or new home sales.
| Can I do real estate part-time with Noble Real Estate Group?
Yes. Noble Real Estate Group offers commission plans that are set up to compliment your business, whether real estate is part-time or full-time for you! We do not have any sales quotas.
| How do I get paid at closing?
Once your sale is through the option period you will submit your documents to our dedicated in-house staff through our BrokerMint software. A disbursement authorization will be sent to title and you’ll get paid at closing. Simple and fast!
| Are there any hidden fees when working at Noble Real Estate Group?
Absolutely not! Noble Real Estate Group was built by agents, for agents. You’ll never be surprised by a hidden fee as long as you’re with our firm. The only fees you will ever pay us are completely outlined in our paperwork. Our focus is on providing quality brokerage support while allowing agents to work in a system that benefits them the most!
| What are the E&O costs per-transaction?
Your E&O is included in your plan with Noble Real Estate Group. You do not pay a per-transaction E&O fee. In the event that a claim is filed against you, the E&O deductible is paid by the agent.
| Is your software suite included in the cost?
Yes! You’ll gain access to our software suite when you sign up with Noble Real Estate Group and you’ll never pay for it!
| Are you a HUD certified brokerage?
Yes, Noble Real Estate Group is a HUD-approved brokerage with NAID. Our HUD information is available under our Texas Real Estate Forms page under Resources.
| Is compliance done in house?
Yes, Noble Real Estate Group reviews all transaction details and paperwork through our Transaction management software and all compliance review is done in house!
| Do you provide training at your Brokerage?
Noble Real Estate Group doesn’t offer traditional training to our agents. Instead, we offer mentorship that is available for those looking to learn the ins-and-outs of being an agent. To explore our mentorship program with Noble Real Estate Group please contact us via 512.351.7090.
| What about Marketing materials and signage?
Marketing materials are purchased by Agents. Noble Real Estate Group offers brokerage brand materials including logo files as well as provides compliance oversight to ensure all marketing requirements are being met. Noble Real Estate Group provides digital templates OR has a marketing review process where a quick review for compliance standards is done to approve any custom marketing designs. Noble Real Estate Group is also happy to provide marketing best practices guidance and suggestions!
