We are so happy to have you join our team! This webpage contains specific instructions on how you will officially join the Noble Property Inspections company! We look forward to receiving all of your documents in a timely manner so we can complete our onboarding process and bring you into our group quickly.


STEP 1: EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

STEP 2: DIGITAL FILES

  • Signature (Home Inspectors): Provide us a photo of your signature. We need photo of your signature on a white paper background. Try to use the flash and keep the background as white as possible. You can email this to Noble@noble-pi.com and we will convert it to a digital signature for your reports.

  • License (Home Inspectors): Provide a copy of all inspection licenses/certifications in PDF format. This includes all certificates that we may use to showcase your experience (TREC, TDA, TDLR, InterNACHI, etc.). Email them to Noble@Noble-Pi.com. See examples HERE.

  • Headshot Photo: Please provide a team photo for the website. Please try to match our website format for team photos as close as possible (See examples HERE). At a minimum wear a blue (navy or light blue) collared shirt and take it with a brick-style background. You can email this photo to Noble@Noble-pi.com.

  • Supra Activation: Each inspector is required to maintain supra access through the MLS provider of their area. NPI purchases an Affiliate Membership to all MLS areas where we do business. This makes the subscription cheaper for the inspector. NPI does not reimburse for supra and it is up to the inspector to maintain the personal and individual Supra activation. Call the MLS provider, join the organization as a member, and activate your Supra under Noble Property Inspections. If any specialized forms are required, please email them to Noble@Noble-pi.com for us to fill out and return to you.

  • Voicemail: Inspector is required to change their existing voicemail greeting to “Hi, this is XXX with Noble Property Inspections…” It is permissible to leave out the company name, however, it is NOT permissible to have another company name in the voicemail.

STEP 3: IDENTIFICATION

  • Employee I-9: Access I-9 HERE. Please fill in section 1 only and email the completed form to Noble@Noble-Pi.com.

  • Identification: Along with your completed I-9, please email EITHER a color front and back copy of both your Driver’s License and Social Security card OR a color copy of your Passport.


STEP 4: HOME INSPECTOR TRAINING

We keep training simple and digital! Our training process is customized for you based on your previous experience as a home inspector and experience with our software applications (primarily Spectora).

In general, as an inspector for NPI, you will be required to demonstrate knowledge and perform all services the company offers (with the exception of specialized services).

Please go to our training portal and confirm the completion of individual modules. Please provide feedback where more training may be necessary. The training provided is considered self-paced and self-verified. You will not be specifically tested on your knowledge, but will be required to demonstrate this learned knowledge as part of our quality control review effort.


STEP 5: HOME INSPECTOR TOOLS

We require that each inspector have specific tools to be able to perform all services the company offers. Here are the tools all inspectors are required to acquire along with a link to a best-value or preferred brand:
